Supraclavicular artery Island flap is fasciocutaneous flap,  that taken from skin on the shoulder and supraclavicular area that based on supra clavicular artery.  One of the advantages of the supraclavicular artery Island flap is the possibility of one-stage  reconstruction with minimal morbidity.
