This clinical report describes the prosthetic rehabilitation of a patient following a maxillary resection performed to treat Mucoepidermoid Carcinoma. Following hemi maxillectomy and total resolution of the tumor, implant placement was digitally planned to use the dual-scan technique, and implants were surgically inserted with the aid of a printed acrylic surgical guide. After successful osseointegration, a removable implant-supported overdenture retained by stud attachments was fabricated to improve prosthetic stability and minimize rotational and translational displacement under functional loading.
