The use of foley catheter as a pharyngeal pack in maxillofacial surgery

Abstract

Parapharyngeal packing during Maxillofacial surgery prevents passing blood and liquids intostomach. The use of cotton pack has some disadvantages like missing and retained pack at the endof surgery.
